New Mama Bath Blend

A hand-crafted herbal blend designed to support new mothers during the immediate postpartum period.

This versatile blend can be used for baths, sitz baths, steaming, peri-rinses, or as a compress in postpartum care. (5 uses)

Ingredients: Comfrey, Calendula, Lavender, Uva Ursi and Sage.

How to use: 

1. Bring 2 quarts of water to a boil, then turn off the heat.
2. Place 1 Herb Bag into the pot and steep it, covered, for 30 minutes.
3. Strain the liquid thoroughly using a fine mesh strainer and discard the herbal material.
4. Add the strained liquid to your bath, peri bottle, or bath basin, and take some time to relax.
